General Terms & Conditions
After reviewing many of our clubs T&C's, we have got together a few key points to help guide you to setting up your own:
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
The City Of Leeds Basketball Foundation or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
The City Of Leeds Basketball Foundation reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at foundation@cityofleedsbasketballclub.co.uk
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
If there are any sessions missed due to unavoidable bad weather, The City Of Leeds Basketball Foundation will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are available for registration fees paid for basketball programs or events, provided the request is made within 2 days prior to the start of the program/event. After the start date, no refunds will be issued except in cases of injury or exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of the club).
• To request a refund, please contact us at foundation@cityofleedsbasketballclub.co.uk with your registration details, including the participant's name, the program or event they registered for, and a brief explanation of your request. Refund requests will be processed within [X] business days.
• Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Uniforms, equipment, or administrative fees.
• If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5-10 business days, as per our payment providers terms. Please note, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as if the participant withdraws from the program after it has started but before a specific date, or if the program is canceled mid-season. These refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• The club reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future registrations.
